As the founder of Tristal Brasil, my mission was to lead a self-love revolution for women seeking to reconnect with their authentic essence. We understood that many faced challenges related to low self-esteem and self-confidence, whether due to past experiences, social influences, or lack of reinforcement in childhood. I was there to guide our clients on a journey of self-discovery, where love for yourself became the foundation for a full and meaningful life.

I was responsible to be the connection and follow up between the laboratory's marketing area and the university's marketing area, created materials for internal communication, assisted in the organization and photographic documentation of internal events and increased the laboratory's online exposure. Working with individuals from different cultures was an enriching experience.

I assisted in the creation and execution of projects, challenges (idea generator program), workshops and events for the Wealth Management and Corporate areas using Design Thinking, Lean Startup, SCRUM, and other methodologies to disseminate a culture of innovation within the bank and encourage the creation of new tools and solutions. Innovating is very important, especially for institutions as large and old as banking institutions, increasing their competitiveness and efficiency.

In the Ultra Credit Restructuring Commercial Area (companies > R$ 4 billion) I participated and assisted in closing deals and support the clientsI attended meetings with clients and their lawyers, created presentations and participated of the committees with the executives who decide the strategy that would be used for each case and this experience taught me about the importance of knowing how to deal with confidential information and work under high pressure.

In the Corporate Commercial Area (companies > R$ 50 million) and in the Middle Commercial Area, I participated in meetings and supported salespeople in customer service, bridging the gap between the internal areas to solve problems, create materials for the director to present to those referred area results and follow-up of goals, I taught what I knew to the interns and developed a project to take information captured from the communication vehicles about the client portfolio to the commercials. It was very valuable to deal directly with end customers to solve problems and create solutions to make them happy and understand the purpose of all these processes and internal areas.

Due to my exceptional performance, I was promoted very quickly from intern to analyst, but I only stayed in the position for 2 months because I was later approved in the trainee program at the same company.

I was responsible for data analysis, creation of reports and presentations to monitor and support managers and directors' decisions regarding the bank's quality metrics.

I helped my team with planning, monitoring deadlines and approval of solutions and innovations implemented in new product projects, I learned to prioritize workload, strategic planning, product and project management and had a good and clear communication with the team and with the suppliers that build the products.I also assisted in the creation of commercial reports and presentations with market analysis and competition research to assist directors' decisions in business development.
