After holding Financial, Marketing, and Business Planning positions for 30 years with a major company, I decided it was time to use my experience and talents to help small businesses succeed. I have done financial and marketing consulting work for several small businesses and now I am specializing in customer retention. I found it surprising that many businesses, both large and small, place a major effort on getting more customers when they should be working their current customer base. Good customer service will grow the customer base because happy customers will refer others.
