-Implementation of the new Talent Acquisition strategy (TA) for Brazil including new org. structure, business assessment and cost saving through the new TA model-Accountable for Talent Acquisition for all businesses- Currently managing a team composed by 9 professionals divided in Recruiting, Sourcing, Employer Branding and University Relations- Report to the Country HR Head and Global Talent Head - Member of the Diversity & Inclusion Core Team

Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development. - Accountable for review policies and KPI metrics;- Responsible for the attraction strategy, including the recruiting marketing plan;- Responsible for controlling budget and costs;- Ensure the inflow of talents through the management of recruitment and co-responsible for special talent programs;- Responsible for Trainee Program strategy, focus on the inflow and development of young talents;- Selecting and managing relationships and contracts with executive search firms;- Analysis the usage of executive search firms by the areas and act as a trust advisor on the selection according to the needs.- Responsible for the implementation and management of the ​Diversity department at C&A

- Prospecting and management of client portfolio directing the processes of recruitment and selection of professionals in Middle Management and Top Management.- Deployment of the strategic management of people skills, understanding core subsystems that integrate HR: mapping work processes, definition and description of skills, organization of occupational spaces, attracting and retaining talent, training and development of people, monitoring and evaluation of results, recognition and organizational climate.- Implementation of development projects and integration teams, resulting in greater synergy of actions and people with strategic direction.- Evaluation, participation in the development and implementation of a culture of commitment and excellence with a sense of motivation and values​​.- Management of a team of fifty-two employees, including managers and consultants.- Accountable for developing the career path of the team- Responsible for designing different kinds of Institutional/Internal Projects, such as Internal Communication, Research Training, Competency Interviews Training, Dress Code Book, Social Media Policy

- Project Management with direct interface with clients- Preparation of job descriptions- Reviews of skills and selection of executives- Negotiation between company and candidates- Monitoring the professional placed at the client company- Shutdown and feedback to candidates who participated in the process- Participation and collaboration in prospecting new customers acting on requests for proposals and closing business with Partners-Consultants

- Managing, training and developing a team of market analysts, managing the entire process of Recruitment of Top Management professionals, coordinating all activities of the Research Department in executive search, including hunting and networking.- Mapping and Analysis of market sectors- Guidelines for staff, ensuring project delivery within established deadline- Shutdown and feedback to candidates who participated in the process
