Major accomplishments included: Adding to Global Talent Management Plan: * Strategic Workforce Plan: worked with CEO and Executive Team to align existing and new talent with AMA’s Strategic Plan. Talent Acquisition: led global team of four recruiters to leverage best-in-class recruitment processes and tools to find talent that fills pertinent skill and knowledge gaps, which resulted in drastic reduction in external recruiting fees. * Succession Plan: worked with AMA’s Board to ensure a stable leadership pipeline. * Transition & Exit Plan: planned and executed all transition, promotion and exit initiatives, from individual separations and job eliminations to corporate-wide reduction-in-forces (RIFs) and reorganizations.* Worked with CEO and Executive Team to lead Organizational Development initiatives supporting AMA’s Integrated Talent Management Plan, including communication, work re-design, and change management.

Major accomplishments included: * Headed up Human Resources department (from recruiting to separations, from employee relations to compensation, etc.).* Oversaw compliance with all federal and state mandates including EEO and Affirmative Action Reports, record retention, etc.* Developed global Integrated Talent Management Plan, leading all professional development opportunities, incl. training, coaching, and job enrichment to improve employees’ core competencies, business acumen, functional and leadership expertise (incl. high-potentials/MVPs).

Major accomplishments included: * On-boarding: designed robust program to acclimate all levels of employees, incl. board members, executives, and officers; which increased our focus on and success rate with millennials.* Performance Management: created process and continue to drive alignment and goal execution in support of AMA’s strategic initiatives, resulting in more transparent communication and increased execution of goals.
