I have spent almost all of my professional life of more than 25 years doing R&D, PLC & PC software, electronic device design and team leadership. I believe that problems can be solved easily with perseverance and a harmonious teamwork spirit. In my opinion, one cannot be a good engineer without an idealistic structure and a passionate commitment to the profession.
