Managed the creation, improvement and implementation of all sales promotions, recognition incentives and sales programs for the Vehicle Finance Division. Oversaw sales plans for 150-member internal sales team and 7,000 multi-state dealer base. Increased employee sales 15% annually and activity from profitable/but low activity dealers 32% by creating and monitoring monthly sales programs. Designed and implemented a program that transferred sales from salary to commission in conjunction with HR and legal department. Identified new organizational policies, procedures, market opportunities and employee coverage for dealer base by working through Chase Auto Finance and Bank One merger.

Managed National Accounts sales operations group to establish new national customers. Served as primary liaison between legal counsel and business partners in the development and renewal of agreements. Performed key role in generating an additional $150 Million in monthly revenue by developing and managing Indirect Lending National Accounts department.

Managed nine junior project managers for the Finance & Accounting Systems Department. Prepared charter documents to define objective, scope, schedule, budget, organization and control process. Directed conversion of forecast and budget systems for eight legal entities, which resulted in the ability to report and track data by line of business across multiple legal entities. Used appropriate project management methodologies such as project plans, GANTT charts, work breakdown structures, risk assessments, change process and issue logs.
