CurrentIT Project Manager / Contract Administration / Budget professionalAs an Information Technology Project Manager for a Government off the Shelf application (GOTS), monitor and assess execution of division-wide GOTS financial system project (IRIS) to measure progress towards reaching objectives effectively and economically. Monitor achievement of cost, schedule and performance objectives; develop mitigations or recommendations to resolve any issues. Act as the Contracting Officer representative (COR) or Task Monitor for IRIS contract. Brief top-level management officials in monthly configuration control boards and resolve different viewpoints among management organizations. Prepare performance work statement, market research report, independent government cost estimate and other required documentation for recompete of contract. Develop needed; policies, processes, procedures and plans for existing and future information technology system.-Technical Lead for a complex recompete of a financial system contract that may be more than doubling its customer base in this last year of the current contract while preparing for contract recompete. --Serve as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for 30 Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus contracts since June, 2012.Providing Contract Management expertise for 30 Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee contracts.-Cost/Price Analyst on Source Selection Evaluation Board for $40M information technology development procurement.-Received 3 achievement awards - 2011, 2013, 2014.-Received 3 additional divisional Star of the Month awards in July 2011, August 2013, April 2014.-Completed DAWIA Level II certification in Program Management 3/2013.
