Successfully led multiple global IT implementations from start to finish for a newly formed organization after its separation from Abbott. Highlights include:• Global Implementation Project Lead: Implemented Concur Travel and Expense system in 80+ countries with 27,000+ users, under the $8MM budget and within a condensed timeline. • Company Split IT Program Lead: Established AbbVie’s technology program for Treasury, Tax, Audit, and Accounting businesses throughout the first two years of new company formation, resulting in improved process and system efficiencies and the reduction of the total cost of ownership.• Global Program Manager: Lease Accounting Standards; Launched new NAKISA application for FASB ASC 842 Lease Account Standard. Executed technology deployment on time and on budget, ensured AbbVie’s adherence to the new accounting standards, resulting in full compliance and no government fines. • Global Business Intelligence Application Program Manager: Charted reporting strategy for expense and travel data to remedy gaps of data transparency, analysis, and real-time reporting, improving the business’s analysis and reducing expense spend by $10MM+ globally. • Program Manager Mergers and Acquisitions: Led IT M&A team integrating Pharmacyclics and Stemcentrx per the strategic direction to limit initial technology and business process integration into AbbVie. Navigated the complex execution of selected merger areas forcing activities outside the established AbbVie M&A processes and protocols that supported a total integration.

• Led IT initiatives and application strategy for Abbott/AbbVie Split team pertaining to Tax, Treasury, and Accounting Businesses.• Created a five-year Global Engineering Services IT Operational Strategy by partnering with Global Engineering Services (GES). Reviewed and updated strategy annually to align with business directional changes.· Created IT organization, reorganized from 35 people to 20, resulting in better customer service, reduced cost, and improved processes. Managed an operational budget of $7.5MM and an annual capital budget of $10MM.· Established a Program Management Office to support the IT organization, creating standards, best practices, coaching, and training. Developed monthly financial reporting and analysis for the entire organization leading to annual cost savings and spending accountability.· Developed and maintained IT vendor relations to support technology capital projects and sourcing. · Managed the Documentum initiative for Pharma Operations & Quality on time and within budget. Managed the development and validation of the new document control system, a $2.5MM project. • Program Management, Mergers and Acquisitions: IT leader of finance technologies of the merging Knoll Pharmaceuticals into Abbott as part of the overall M&A team. Spearheaded the governance process and executive reporting during the merger; updated processes that were used to streamline the mergers of future companies into the ever-changing Abbott technology environment.
