As a Senior SAP SD Business Analyst, I made configuration changes in SAP and defined enhancement requirements as needed to support of the business needs of the Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Distribution, and Regulatory departments. Then, I worked through the code to ensure that I knew what parts of the application were doing what and where the data was being stored. While there were few issues, this was a high visibility application and I was able to resolve issues quickly, more effectively elicit reporting requirements, and provide better testing scripts.
