- Supervised and managed a total number of 11 instructor guards during instructional and recreational programs - Designed and delivered training programs with 100% participation of staff members- Created a work flow chart using excel to ensure all 11 instructors provided in the budget were appropriately assigned swimming classes to teach for the Fall, Winter and Spring sessions - Assisted public with program selection and registered swimmers based on availability - Handled customer requests and disputes effectively, finding the best course of action to resolve disagreements while notifying the pool supervisors when necessary

- Maintained continuous surveillance of people swimming in the pool by always remaining alert to guarantee safety and enjoyable swimming experiences amongst patrons- Co-ordinated group activities in the pool allowing available programs to run smoothly- Ensured appropriate headcount of people participating in pool programs while monitoring the safety of patrons and other instructors to prevent major incidences from occurring - Planned and organized swimming lessons to guarantee satisfaction of the children, parents and supervisors to enhance children’s swimming capabilities - Worked closely with several other lifeguards while supporting each other and acting as a team when situations occurred
