Moving from a large Canadian city to a small US town was a big change and a lot of work but I embraced the challenge. It also meant moving from a large financial firm that I had been with forever to a small software firm. Again change. To me, accepting change means being flexible and wanting to learn new things. It's exciting. It has given me the opportunity to explore more of what I know and learn more of what I don't.I am a person who thrives on being organized, feels the calm in the eye of the storm and loves when a plan comes together.
