NW is an Ultra-Premium wine company founded in 2003 by Laurent Montalieu, Danielle Andrus-Montalieu, and, John Niemeyer. It has built a reputation on unrelenting attention to grape quality and state of the art winemaking tools. The company delivers full winegrowing services from vineyard to bottle. The culture of excellence-in-craft is made evident in the final product; NW Wine Co has produced over 200 90+ scores since 2003.

Portland, Oregon Area

In this role, I oversaw inline and wholesale Retail Marketing for Jordan Brand North America. In addition, I oversaw all Consumer Education strategy and execution, the Go-to-Market process and all New Store Opening efforts.I collaborated on the development and launch of multiple retail concepts including the Jumpman doors at 32 S State and 306 Yonge as well as the Jordan Brand's first performance boutique at 166 Flatbush.

Responsible for the creation, management and implementation of all Nike Sportswear brand experiences within key retailers and multiple channels. Oversaw the development, production and installation of seasonal marketing that highlighted innovation benefit and focused on product, athletes and key sport moments.

Beaverton, Or

Lead both merchandising direction and digital asset delivery for all NA wholesale accounts.

Supported the development and implementation of marketing strategy for all full price, adidas own retail locations.

Developed tracking and forecasting tools to test for new retail concept feasibility.

Responsible for budget tracking and implementation of shop-in-shop concepts.

Supported the centralization of in store marketing content creation. Assisted in the first roll out of miCoach in the Beijing adidas Flagship store during the Olympics.

Lead the development of seasonal merchandising direction for all owned retail channels- Full Price and Outlet.

Product tech lead for adidas Basketball and adidas Running for all owned retail and wholesale partners in US West Territory. Supported key brand events like All Star and Sales Meetings.
