Inputted contracts and spare parts orders in NetSuite as well as our personal shipping tool. Helped to determine logistics of shipments when needed. Instructed employees on what needed to be prioritized throughout the day. Assisted with FedEx and UPS shipments, return and tracking. Trained Sales Support and Support to determine what items were needed while helping to determine warranty statuses. Assisting PMs and Sales with information on parts and order status. Determining pricing for quotes. Preparing quotes and training 15+ employees on with what parts needed to be quoted and how to write up quotes. Worked directly with the Purchasing Manager to ensure inventory parts were ordered before stock was below minimums. Helping with monthly parts audits. Assisting the Accounting team with price verification and assisting the Cost Accountant with determining pricing information.

Case Management was my expertise, knew when to escalate cases. As well as training, educating, and leading fellow coworkers with their case handling. Taking on other tasks from other departments with their special requests and to help the overall team. Assisting the Team Supervisor by tracking performance of coworkers and advising him on ways to motivate the team and providing feedback that would help improve the processes. I assisted customers with issue related to their PlayStation accounts. This was anywhere from resetting their passwords to helping to get their internet issues resolved. I use Atlas/Salesforce and custom software for the PlayStation Network. I handled calls with enthusiasm and professionalism. I helped fellow co-workers when they were stuck on issues with their own customers. I worked in a high-volume call center assisting up to 100 customers on some days.

I worked directly with Developers on Web, Android and iPhone testing for the Kizzang Sweepstakes app. All bugs are written into the Jira database. I assigned bugs to the appropriate department and performed all regressions tests. I was responsible for closing out all bugs on all mobile devices and web versions of the build. I was the last line of defense before the build was submitted. I designed the test cases that were in use.

I worked within the Backwards Compatibility Department. I was tasked to run automated test scripts and NEWT testing on several Triple A titles and Indie titles as well. As a QA Tester I was responsible for data entry of bugs in both Jira and TTP databases. I worked on PS4, XB1, PC, Xbox360, and PS3. I also did work on NBA2K14 iOS and Android testing. I trained new employees as well as helping fellow testers with any questions about the project. Lead online tests, checklists and worked directly with Pod Leads to ensure all tasks were done in a timely manner. I worked on such titles as Evolve, NBA2K14, XCOM 2, XCOM Enemy Within, BioShock Infinite and its DLCs, BioShock porting to Steam, The Bureau: XCOM Declassified, Borderlands 2 and its DLC, WWE2K14. As a SNAP Advocate I assisted people in the community with the Food Stamp Application process. I worked independently at various locations throughout Southern Nevada. I am HIPAA and SNAP certified. I dealt with a variety of client’s proprietary information to complete the application for food stamp assistance.

Started as a bookkeeper and quickly moved up to include office management within 2 weeks. I was responsible for accounts payable/receivable, daily deposits, new student registration, answering phones, and all front office duties. I supervised 10 full time employees and scheduled volunteers.

Worked directly with the Accounting Manager to research and copy information for depreciation schedules, fixed asset management, updating employee personnel and medical files, filing of all accounts payable/receivable, year-end review and organization of all 2008 files in preparation for yearly audit, and verification of bank statements to general ledger postings. I handled many other small duties and ran errands when asked.

This position required several different tasks at any given time to be accomplished from customer service, data entry, cash management, records management, scheduling of classes on site and off site, scheduling of instructors, ordering supplies, entering accounts payable/receivable, running errands, making bank deposits, to teaching CPR and First Aid classes on a daily basis.

I worked in a highly diversified warehouse environment that demanded complete attention to detail. I was responsible for completing data entry, issuing purchase orders, entering accounts payable/receivable, checking and maintaining adequate inventory, delivery/pick up of merchandise and supplies, as well as all record management. I worked with minimal supervision under several department heads. I was responsible for opening and closing the warehouse and maintaining the security levels as required by the DEA and FDA.
