Private Equity spun TASC out of parent Northrup Grumman as a Professional Services provider (5,000 employees, $1.6B revenue) to the Intelligence Community and Public Sector. • Recruited to stand-up the new company’s enterprise platform and lead strategy, operations and change initiatives. Responsibilities grew to include winning new business, improving program performance, driving innovation, briefings to the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and key customers on technology, culture transformation and TASC’s capabilities, establishing industry relationships and M&A diligence.• Delivered new infrastructure in less than one year. Components included design/standup of industry recognized Cyber Security Operations Center, Data Analytics / BI, outsourced managed hosting (cloud, IaaS, SaaS), design/migration of new ERP suite, classified operations, user support, collaboration suite and marketing / engineering applications. • Created strategy in partnership with business leaders for new competitive differentiators. Built the high performing teams (100 positions) in less than 90 days to execute the plan.• Led the IT transition while also managing ongoing operations and services. Team received special recognition and highest awards from the CEO and Chairman of the Board.• Improved service levels and performance while reducing costs by 50%.
