As a NASM certified personal trainer, I am skilled at using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training. With a passion for improving health and well-being of my clients, I am dedicated to delivering fitness, weight loss and nutrition programs that are fun, safe, effective and tailored to meet individual goals.

At Benchmark, I manage all new and existing audio for books and e-books. As Senior Content Creator, I participate in the phases of development of all literacy products, from research and writing, to planning and production.

As Editorial Director and Associate Publisher, I developed a variety of children's books, including licensed work for the Smithsonian Institution, Disney, American Veterinary Association and the African Wildlife Foundation. I worked closely with authors, illustrators and designers and managed the editorial department consisting of a staff of three editors, designers, audio personnel and college interns, and was responsible for scheduling and budgeting of printed, plush and audio-related products. I am also the author of many published titles for the Soundprints/Studio Mouse and Palm Kids imprints. Creating unique, clever and informative text for children is what I love to do most. I feel fortunate whenever I have the opportunity to write and collaborate with talented illustrators, designers and audio professionals.
