I successfully executed a range of high-profile projects, from international festivals to exclusive VIP events, consistently delivering exceptional experiencesLed and Managed Key Projects:- Managed the first GPHG watch exhibition in Hong Kong and Macau 2023, collaborating with Hongkong Land and Sands Lifestyle Macau to deliver an exhibition alongside a series of panel talks and master classes.- Led the event operation of Tatler XFest 2024 Hong Kong vs Inter Miami football match at Hong Kong Stadium, overseeing all operational aspects including access control, security management, merchandising, entertainment, show run, ceremonies, VIP access control, and coordination with government bodies for government officials participation, and the Hong Kong Police for public safety and crowd control.- Oversaw the first Tatler Dining Kitchen at Haus, a six-month collaboration with Mercedes-Benz and IWC, which featured over 15 restaurant pop-ups, handling partnerships and operations.- Managed the Tatler Off Menu Festival 2022 and 2023 in partnership with Mercedes-Benz BAM Festival at Central Harbourfront Event Space and Galaxy Macau respectively. These outdoor food festivals featured top chefs from Hong Kong, mainland China, around Asia, Mexico, and the U.K., offering live cooking with fine dining execution and exclusive VIP experiences, including caviar masterclasses and wine tastings, as well as live entertainment.- Led numerous VIP events for the Tatler community in partnership with luxury brands, including private dinners with Chopard at teamLab Macau; private dinners at Cristal Room for the launch of La Mer’s Genaissance de La Mer collection; and a series of art-themed cocktail events at the Tatler Catamaran during Art Basel 2023 in collaboration with HSBC and Hong Kong Jockey Club respectively.
