I began as an Account Manager at Brainstorm with responsibility for establishing and maintaining client relationships; managing projects, budgets, timelines and resources; ensuring deliverables were on brand, met clients' expectations and produced measurable results; and liaising between clients and internal creative teams. I served a wide variety of B2C, B2B, non-profit, and higher education clients.I also managed Brainstorm's administrative personnel and interactive developers and programmers. Over the years, I took on additional operational, HR, and administrative duties.
