As an Administrative professional, the pride I take in my work can be seen in a variety of areas. From marketing projects (creating and developing quarterly newsletters) to spreadsheets, and ISO processes to meetings in Mexico, nothing is too big or too small to handle. I have always been on social committees as well to help keep team moral at its highest. I feel it's important to have co-workers enjoy each other outside the realm of daily duties. It helps with success within the office environment. One project worth mentioning was organizing and building from the ground up, a Customer Service Week celebration for all the administrative staff when I worked at Mandel. The week comprised of team building exercises and some fun thrown in. We were celebrated for what we did.Javelin's environment suits me well. We work hard, probably harder than I have ever worked but we have fun too when we can. Javelin has provided the opportunity to make a difference. Along with leading the Social committee, I am also a member of the Volunteer committee and our Green Initiatives team. When given the chance to help on outside projects, I tend to jump at it. When I'm not working, my passion is my family. My daughter is the light of my life. My husband and I both like to travel and we take our daughter everywhere! Our goal is to expose her to as many different cultures as we can.
