Lead formation of a new line of business inside Celero bringing together 2 teams and 2 Celero-owned and built products (Celero Xchange integration platform and Business Analytics product) with a mandate to grow gross revenue and contribution margin. Business unit had positive Net Income in first month (March 2021), exceeded year end revenue by 235%, drove net-income positive results Q1 and Q2 2022. New cloud-native data platform taken from concept to production over 9 months (first customer live Q1 2022). New cloud-native API platform to production Q3 2022. Recruited to replace entire senior technical team due to individual team member departures through H1 2021. Won key industry RFP in Q3 2021. Delivered MVP of work as committed under RFP Q4 2021 (cloud-native ISO 20022 payment APIs for Interac eTransfer). Lead vision and build of underlying cloud-native platform to enable API and data products (Microsoft Azure).

Implemented new open API-lead integration platform (Celero Xchange), the first strategic platform Celero had ever undertaken to own and build. MVP deployed to production within 6 months. Onboarded 12 financial institutions in the first year; built new APIs supporting a new digital banking partner platform within 1 year; deployed first ISO 20022 APIs; secured several tranches of project funding over 3 years; lead team to first production deployment during business hours with no outage to account holders actively using digital platform in production in company history.
