My main role is to be a proactive support for 17 Heads of Unit and 4 Directors of Section. I am responsible for the whole process of recruitment including newcomers adaptation. A big part of my job is internal coaching and training.

Career and Life Coach for interational clientele in Brussels.

 HR team (4 people) - Responsibility for career development and training; coordination within the implementation structure of ESF in the Czech Republic (300 employees); responsibility for the HR strategy, training methodology, training needs analysis, training plans and endorsement of individual training plans, appraisal system. Recruitment, mentoring, coaching. Negotiating with training providers and managing training contracts.  Public finance team (4 people) - management of technical assistance (TA) team; coordination of TA projects; responsibility for TA budget (80 mil. EUR).

Learning and Development Framework – identification of DG EMPL learning needs for the LDF 2010 and contribution to drafting of the new LDF.Coaching Scheme – evaluation of DG EMPL coaching scheme/policy and follow-up actions.DG EMPL Professional groups - launch of "learning networks" based on the main professional groups in DG EMPL.Career Guidance – evaluation of exit forms, new approach for exit interviews.Newcomers training - review and evaluation of induction training, design and organisation of new session/format.Organisational development – preparation and launch of the new template OD work at unit levels, based on Appreciative Inquiry.Management support – organise and coordinate the EMPL Management lunch events.
