🇨🇿🇳🇱In my free time I like to make use of my degree in Dutch language and literature, and currently I'm occasionally doing translations and localisations for the Czech translation agency Aspena. My primary language focus is Czech -> Dutch.

As a part of the DENEVY team, I'm primarily focusing on my journey with juno.one. However, my responsibilities for DENEVY as such include communication with clients regarding their requirements and roadmap management, where I'm gathering valuable insights into their daily life and making sure their requirements are heard and attended to. My further responsibilities include UX / UI design (mostly websites and landing pages), graphic design (social media posts, flyers, banners, etc.) and copywriting.

Working with the MovApp team was a volunteer free time activity for cesko.digital. I have been building the user experience aspect of a web and mobile app that aims to help Czechs and Ukrainians better understand each other. 🇺🇦🇨🇿

This short-term freelance placement has been a valuable experience in terms of working with very established branding guidelines and design system for a big player in the field. I have participated on designing landing pages for the Czech website Zasilkovna.cz. It's also where I tried out how UX / UI design works in a corporate environment, which I ultimately discovered wasn't the ideal environment for me. I prefer smaller teams and more flexibility in terms of the things I can get involved into, from research, planning and business analysis up to the actual design.

Presto was my first translation agency that I worked with, allowing me to put my language background to good use. My primary language focus here was Czech -> Dutch and vice versa. I was able to translate handbooks, law documents, guides and many other types of documents.

🏹🗡️🛡️Drakkaria (or Wulflund.com) has been an awesome endeavor for me. I have worked as a client communication specialist, part of which was also communicating with carriers and suppliers regarding special orders. And special they often were - Drakkaria is a company with over 15 years of history, specialising in working with artists and craftsmen who create replicas of historical clothing, armor, weapons, jewelry, tableware and more. It was a welcome change from spreadsheets and pdfs to the world of history and craftsmanship!

Footshop has been another step in my journey towards the customer. Listening to their needs and making sure the company's service was top-notch has been my daily goal. I have been responsible for the Dutch market, as well as the English-speaking countries and CZ & SK. Aside from client care, I have also participated on content translations and localisations for my markets. I have learned to work under pressure, to navigate people's complaints and (often negative) emotions, and to switch between 3 languages in a matter of seconds. :)

CoolPeople is a highly competitive headhunting agency, and my job was to make sure that all content coming from the company (HR ads, social media posts, website content, video scripts, blog posts) was cutting-edge, original and grammatically correct. With my previous experience as a copywriter and content marketing associate, I was able to use my skills and make sure that the company's tone of voice was aligned across all channels.

For Ipsos I worked as a part-time mystery Shopping data validator for the NL & BEnl region. Once again, this job was mostly as a side hustle in my free time, where I could offer my expertise in the Dutch language.

Community management, in-game event pipeline, live-ops, player support and communication. Online marketing, social media management, copywriting.

Working with The Ibis Network really laid a solid foundation in my focus on content marketing and storytelling further down my career path. It was a value-packed experience, where I learned networking, in-depth research for content creation, and efficient team work with heavy timezone differences (U.S. - Czechia - India). My main job was copywriting, social media management, social media advertising and brand management for various clients from the U.S. region (businessmen, lawyers, realtors, etc.).

My responsibilities included social media management, networking with partners and influencers, customer feedback management, and writing content for the brand's blog.
