At this role, I was managing a team of ten copywriters. I was responsible for workflow distribution, regular communication with business partners, reporting and ensuring various ad hoc agenda.

My web content specialist position was in fact split into two very different agendas. Half of my work time was spent on copywriting, multimedia work and various tasks related to management of the entrusted category. The other half was spent on team management agenda as I was a backup for the team lead. I attended regular meetings with our business partners, filled in and ensured timely creation of reports, oversaw KPIs and other productivity markets and when needed discussed various issues with my team mates instead of the team leader.

At this position, my responsibility was copywriting, multimedia work in Photoshop, communication with key business partners and timely processing of their requests. I also worked with JIRA where I monitored content related problems and issues and fixed them. Once I became category responsible, my job was to monitor and distribute workflow among publishers and to daily communicate with business partners via email regarding priorities and deadlines.
