Also, I was responsible for company finances and most of the paperwork.CopyCon was a small agency providing services related to copywriting and communication strategies. Anything connected to copy writing, creative translating (eng, cz, sk) and social media posts, web copy, marketing personas and strategies. Another point of view is visualization of text - creating infographics and even an ilustrated e-book!

Growing from a Researcher to the Team leader of Social Media Research in 5 months, I have gained experience managing people and processes. I have built a team of 8 Researches, taking care of everything on the way: choosing the right team members, training them and making sure that the quality of outputs is still outstanding.I held ownership of internal database of milions of social media pages, also being responsible for its categorization and expansion including setting up priorities and team goals.My last half a year at Socialbakers was about starting a new project. I was a Project specialist for Social Media Insights Dashboard, planning building a new dashboard, that would connect several internal databases and make life easier for all my colleagues from Sales. Saving time looking up information about clients and thus saving a lot of resources long term.
