About Marcelo Barbosa

I believe in human beings and their ability to grow, learn and evolve and adapt quickly to changes. I am a father, husband, passionate about challenges and leading high performance teams based on example and inspiration. I worked for over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry leading projects and people, and helping to bring new drug technologies to hospitals and markets untapped by the organization. I specialize in the market for rare diseases, oncology, neurology, specialty care, and multiple sclerosis. One of my main specialties is the delivery of high value to clients at the most varied levels of healthcare organizations: doctors, managers, auditors, taking care of every patient journey. Another outstanding project: results reversal, from 40% of MKT Share to above 80% of MKT Share at the end of the work in the Virology market.
