My partners and I have launched the Potomac Point Group, a consulting firm that focuses on business transformation, change management, and process improvement. This consulting firm utilizes my consulting background as well as my experience transforming Freddie Mac, where I directed all Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives for the Single Family line of business. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, I provided consulting services for a number of clients, including Ozmosis (an early stage professional networking Web 2.0 company for physicians), Motorola, and Freddie Mac. My consulting experience focused on both building and repositioning corporate clients to establish sustainable competitive advantages.I was a co-founder of Medical Funding Services, a healthcare finance company that provides enhanced cash flow services to hospitals and other medical providers. While there, I helped build and grow the business from concept to 40+ employees and a $50 million annual run rate.I am an MBA graduate of the Darden School (University of Virginia), and an American/German dual-citizen.
