On this project I collaborated with global leaders, managers, and employees in the strategic planning of the transformative IT initiative to innovate new IT organization culture, positions, manage hiring, transferring, or promoting global people, implementing development programs, collaborating with global business partners, CoE’s, project leaders, and a deadline of January 2021 a 6-month endeavor. The project was completed and so was the end of the Bayer Journey.
