Barbra (Barbie) Weber Co-founder and Co-Executive Director for Ground Score Association. Barbra is a committed advocate on issues regarding hygiene access for all, environmental justice and housing rights. Barbra co-founded Ground Score Association in March of 2019 and in February 2021 Barbra piloted the GLITTER program (Ground Score Association Leading Inclusively Together Through Environmental Recovery), a sustainable informal settlement doorstep trash service and then was able to obtain local government contracts. Barbra is also a member of the International Alliance of Waste Pickers participating in the Plastic Treaty Negotiations virtually in Nairobi Kenya February 2021 and in person in Punta Del Este Uruguay November 2021. Barbra is highly involved in many organizations and advocacy groups in her community including ShelterNow Board Member, Lived Experience Council (founding member) , Oregon Poor People's Campaign Coordinating Committee (for the state ofOregon) member, Central Eastside Together Board of Directors and Hazelnut Grove villager. Formally organized with Street Roots, Sisters of the Road, Right 2 Survive, Western Regional Advocacy Project, etc.
