At Adobe Systems, she led the Digital Imaging marketing team that successfully launched five versions of Photoshop, and introduced Photoshop Elements and Photoshop Album to the hobbyist and pro-consumer markets. During her tenure as Marketing Director of the Digital Content Business Unit at SanDisk, Barbara worked with music, movie and television studios to deliver new digital content and services across SanDisk products. As president of B Rice Consulting, she has served with companies of all sizes to drive planning, resourcing and implementation for those who want to grow their marketing function and optimize existing programs. She also develops resources and operational ability, so that marketing teams are able to function efficiently and autonomously.Recently, Barbara has collaborated with fine art, social enterprise and non-profit organizations, awakening a desire to use her business acumen to enable positive change. She designs effective strategies and partnerships to raise awareness and gain support for global issues and key thought leaders.
