From November/2013 until September/2015, I was a project coordinator and project financial analyst for a $37M project at Eversource Energy since My responsibilities and duties were:•Develop budget, baseline cost documentation and run rates; prepare cost estimates; organize and normalize cost data for the $35 million Enterprise Outage Management System (OMS) and OMS Reporting projects.•Develop cost tracking platform, perform cost analysis, financial reporting, overhead budgeting, and forecasting for the four operating companies of Eversource: Connecticut Light & Power (CL&P), Western Massachusetts Electric Company (WMECO), Public Services of New Hampshire (PSNH), and NSTAR. Maintain proper internal controls and compliance with the operating companies’ cost policies and procedures.•Work with teams and vendors to achieve project goals through the right combination of strategy,project management, process improvement and technology.•Schedule and coordinate periodic project status meetings and workshops.•Update the project schedule via weekly input from technical leads.•Manage the procurement process to purchase software and hardware, insuring timely delivery of critical assets.•Vet vendor invoices for approval by upper management.•Track and report on budgeted VS actual project costs.•Work closely with vendors to validate and/or adjust forecast for future costs.I have over 30 years of experience in the IT industry,starting as a developer, and working my way up to project management. My experience includes positions at Fannie Mae, Westinghouse Electric Co., and Mass Mutual.I have managed multiple, high priority IT projects, coordinating the efforts of up to 40 teams.
