Maintain proper internal controls and compliance with the operating companies’ cost policies and procedures.•Work with teams and vendors to achieve project goals through the right combination of strategy,project management, process improvement and technology.•Schedule and coordinate periodic project status meetings and workshops.•Update the project schedule via weekly input from technical leads.•Manage the procurement process to purchase software and hardware, insuring timely delivery of critical assets.•Vet vendor invoices for approval by upper management.•Track and report on budgeted VS actual project costs.•Work closely with vendors to validate and/or adjust forecast for future costs.I have over 30 years of experience in the IT industry,starting as a developer, and working my way up to project management. My experience includes positions at Fannie Mae, Westinghouse Electric Co., and Mass Mutual.I have managed multiple, high priority IT projects, coordinating the efforts of up to 40 teams.
