I managed and developed Corporate and government accounts for the largest Verizon Wireless Dealer in California, called a (Master Agent). The company had many skill sets including auto cellular installation, Mobile phone and pager repair as well as management of hundreds of mall Kiosk value added re sellers. My territory was North Orange County and South Los Angeles County. My outside Sales rep duties included managing multiple cellular activation's at once for several organizations, post sales consultations on hardware operation, pricing plans and anything else that clients needed including accessory delivery. I operated a small kiosk out of my car and activated phones from anywhere with my laptop.My corporate and government accounts included Kaiser Permanente, U.C.I, UCLA and many smaller businesses. I was also in charge of all concert events, golf tournaments and other promotional events. I raised sales levels 50% over the previous reps in the same position, during my tenure here I was recognized numerous times for achievement in sales contests in addition to customer service awards. This job was truly exciting and educated me in the fast paced LA/South Orange County tech market , there were many people at this organization that had great skills to learn from. The trainers were amazing, the company attracted the best talent in the area and there were many veterans who had stories from the old days of mobile phones and all the movie stars and athletes of Southern California that would go to this particular location as it had the only cellular auto installation bay in the area and the best showroom to view hardware. There was even an old mobile phone museum area. I was able to learn business to business sales as well as retail sales and even filled a few assistant manager shifts. I loved this job and it has helped propel me to where I am today.
