Manufacturing of DC, Rectifier and MV/LV panels for traction substations (TPS and LPS) and implementing EPS projects in the field of power supplying for Metro Substation.My responsibilities:- Study and review of project documents and construction plans and specify the equipment list and ordering equipment according to the contract attachment drawings.- Gather the required documents from different manufacturers to prepare a preliminary report after getting the project.- Prepare technical documents to submit bids and proposals to participate in the tenders.- Prepare the project timeline, breakdowns, and critical points by MS-Project under the direct supervision of manager, to provide to the client.- Participate in monthly meetings with the client to report on work progress.- Check the technical drawings of the project to extract the required type and number of relays, to order from Siemens.- Study of designed technical LV-DC and MV-AC panels drawings to get acquainted and scrutinize suspicious cases.- Designing of panels, transformers, and rectifier layout for each substation by AutoCAD software.- Visiting the substations in the construction stage to observe the executive points such as man-hole location, space required for cabling and ventilation, etc.- Reviewing and providing a logical diagram with Partner Company for PLC and RTU system
