* Managing a team of designers, developers and testers working on Football Manager’s UI/UX.* Successfully introduced a system to design and implement new features. The system encourages cross-team collaboration throughout the lifecycle of a feature to ensure all requirements & perspectives are considered in the final user-centred design.* Planning/prioritisation of features to ensure feature-complete is successfully met & of the bug-fixing phase so it’s effectively used to polish UI, optimise UX & reduce defects.* Reviewing existing feature set to identify & schedule future iterative improvements.* Communicating regularly with studio director, other producers and the communication & marketing teams to facilitate a holistic approach to work.* Mentoring of junior members of team, as well as involvement in recruitment.

* Worked as an off-site web developer for Sports Interactive’s official website (http://www.sigames.com) while still at high school. * Oversaw the development of numerous back-end and front-end re-designs, including its transition from a static HTML website to a dynamic database driven website. * Developed a bespoke content management system.
