ITIL, PRINCE2.As a part of IT Department, I'm working with Procurement, Inventory, Maintenance, Finance and others Department for an International Oil & Gas company to perform business analysis tasks.I'm working on a new project focused on the integration of 2 software systems (non integrated system) and the migration from these software systems to another one (fully integrated). My specific industry and ERP expertise is useful to be successfulI'm in charge for the support and the enhancement of the current CMMS system. I participated for the last 13 years of the tailoring of this solution and the Business Processes Engineering to fit the specific requirements of my Oil & Gas company. The in house ERP is composed by different systems: Datastream 7i (INFOR EAM) for Asset Management and Maintenance functionalities, Inventory, Contracts & Procurement (Supply Chain), Oracle E Business Suite for Finances (AP, GL, FA), and Oracle BI and Discoverer for the BI and Reporting. I train the new agents on Discoverer and D7i.I've been in charge for ITSM (Footprints Service Core ) and ITAM (CM Client Management ) projects implementation. I'm the functional and technical administrator of BMC Footprints 20.20.03This is a very challenging environment, where I need to speak both English & French every days and to excel in communication skills to manage customer’s requests and to deliver on time what they do expect.
