Stock control of 61 depots across SA, and main warehouse in Krugersdorp• Implementation of procedures at depots to ensure accurate and safe stock control and stocktakes.• Quality and quantity control of stock between depots and main warehouses. • Managing of Weekly & Monthly stocktakes at the depots and main warehouse.• Overseeing in-bound and out-bound logistics including goods receipt, warehousing, and dispatch control• Maintenance of the depots and main warehouse/offices to comply with Health and Safety regulations.• Implementation of Firefighting regulations and rules, as well as monthly fire drills across the main depots (Polokwane, Wellington & Krugersdorp)• Fleet management of salespersons across SA, including maintenance and repairs of vehicles.• General administration and invoicing duties in line with company procedures • Customer relations
