At Ernie Else Wines my day to day roles and responsibilities include the sale of available wines as well as previous vintages. Presenting current vintage wines during tastings and events. Assisting in the restaurant with waitering as well as presenting wines during tastings.

At Koelenhof Winery I worked as a tasting room assistant helping with day to day sales of wines as well as presenting the available wines to guests during tastings.

At Reh Kendermann I worked as a cellar assistant under the cellar master Harald Kroll. As at Rust en Vrede, I assisted in the production of wine however with more emphasis and responsibility placed on the receival of grape juice and monitoring of grape juice fermentations. This included the addition of yeasts, bacteria, sugars and nutrients to throughout fermentations.

I worked at Rust en Vrede as a cellar assistant under Coenie Snyman the winemaker. My roles included aiding with the production of wine from receiving the grapes to the bottling of the wine. I was also given the responsibility of driving a forklift in order to move and stack various goods such as packed wine, wine bottles, grapes, etc.
