Responsible for the legal entities in Brazil, managing 3 factories and 2 distribution centres in Brazil and Argentina (2019);- Reporting to the VP Supply Chain of the Americas cluster in Chicago; - Participation in the transformation (2022) of the local organizational structure with cost reduction by 15% and margin increase by 10%, changing the product portfolio strategy and implementation of operational controls, resulting in the Brazil unit being one the most profitable organizations worldwide;- Implementation of performance measurement of "real time" processes in on-line operational dashboards with efficiency improvements in the main procedures and processes of >50%;- Implementation of DeLaval's production system, in factories and distribution centres, on the same level of implementation as the main plant in Sweden;- Implementation of a new Quality Management methodology with a reduction in the complaint rate by >60%;- Conducting the change of building and transformation of the operations of the distribution centre in Rosario/ Argentina;- Leadership in the project to improve the operational efficiencies of factories and distribution centres to the highest level, compared to all other units of DeLaval worldwide;- Responsible for the start-up and operations of the "regulatory affairs and compliance" department (SENASA, Anvisa, MAPA, SAG, ICA) Latam Leadership of the Quality (QA/QC)- GMP and Occupational Safety and Health (Latam) departments;- Project manager of the project to close 2 factories (Argentina and Brazil), without any union complications.

Responsible for market analysis and identification of new business opportunities for new global products in the area of milk quality & animal health;- Responsible for start-up and operations of the GMP factory in Brazil. - Reporting to the VP based in Belgium and leading a team of 20 to 25 professionals;- Development and leadership of the pharmaceutical segment in Latin America, representing in 2024 >50% of the business in Brazil today;- Development (patented) of the 3 main new products launched globally, being responsible for the growth >10% of the area's revenue;

Responsible for the Product & Marketing and Technical Assistance departments;- Development of the After-Market and Services area;- Supporting the sales department with technical and commercial training programs; - Development of the technical assistance network and creation of a new technical assistance network for cooling equipment.
