Deliver a portfolio of SCM products and services to specified Joint Ventures and Third Parties. Persuade customers of the commercial gains from outsourcing elements of their procurement activities to the Vodafone Procurement Company. Provide consulting services on SCM, Technology Category and JV &Third Party strategies. Contribute to execution of operator setup.

Maintain Supply Chain policies and process’ delivering cost effective procurement for Business projects while adhering to budgets.Category and relationship management of IT category – equipment / managed services.Support business strategies against targets identified with each business owner.Ensures that SCM plans and initiatives achieve objectives and deliver within the overall strategy.Responsible for local customer management and internal customer satisfaction with SCM performance within the local market/region.Deliver local OpCo business target agreements and SLA’s ensuring savings initiatives and definition of local material category strategies across the market.Establish a service review process through the tracking of KPI’s and performance. Managing local budgets in line with agreed targets.Actively support request for contracts and agreements for projects through the negotiation of major contracts and agreements, including global contracts when required.Define and coordinate the negotiation strategy for SCM, developing and leveraging supplier relationships.Optimisation of purchasing processes and negotiations with third parties / external partners. Facilitates processes with the Vodafone Procurement Company (VPC) and Share Service Centres.
