My career is focused on Sales and Operation, Logistics, Administration and Customer Service. In the different roles I had with Abbott/AbbVie, focus has always been on connecting organizations to aim for the best result for the company. Connected Planning with Execution and Affiliates has been my main area of focus, but next to that I worked very closely with Finance, QA, Global Label Management, Customs, Transport Service Providers and last but not least, the Commercial Affiliates. My strength is to connect people and work together to reach company goals by creating a strong partnership. I will break down silos. Another strength is to build strong teams to facilitate process improvement and make possibilities real. I have a strong focus on achieving goals and will always make sure my team and I will achieve, or more, what is expected of us. I am a strong leader that will challenge people if there is a need for it, but I will also support the team if there is need to do so. I am a real Team player who is able to quickly adapt to need situations if needed. On top of that, I am a real people manager that owns his responsibility and will go out of his way to meet the expectations. I value respect and ethics in an organization.
