I'm a design draughtsman living in Richards Bay working at Fluid Power Automation. I've been a industrial designer, project manager production manager and a CAD technician. I have been draughting since 2011, privately and commercially, and my experience includes: Armored personnel carriers, railway equipment, mining equipment, air conditioning, paint filtration, furniture and injection molds.I have experience working with:Metals: sheet metal design, laser cutting and CNC machining.Plastics: extruded, injection molded, casting plastics, 3D printed products, and vacuum formed.Also I have experience working with glass,fiber glass molds, recycled plastic products, and concrete construction.And wood, carpentry is my hobby and spend my time making furniture and house hold items. I'm also a freelance industrial designer, designing furniture and products for interested companies looking for technical drawings and renders of their products. I'm also in the process of developing my project management and draughtsman skills.I'm trained in various software including:Solid Works 11 years Inventor 8 yearsRevit 8 yearsAutoCad 8 yearsMS Word & Excel 12 yearsRecently started work as a Senior Draughtsman training and helping other draughtsman with their work as well as checking and approving their drawings for production and/or distribution.
