CurrentMain Duties and responsibilities: Installations, configuration, Support and investigations on the entire network infrastructureLAN and WAN – VOIP and Data lines, Service Provider ticket logging and escalations Desktop Support for users on LAN and Remote support for users in other regions. Attending to calls on Calltrack ticket system. Active Directory maintenance, DHCP, DNS, GPO’s, AD Structure with new OU layoutsand Shares and permissions management. Tailored Logon Scripts to automate a more streamlined experience. Password Resets on AD and Exchange as well as archiving, set up of new mailboxes anddelegating permissions. Support FreePBX software, VOIP, Yealink IP phones, FOP2 (Call Center queueing tool),Phone pins, assisting with call recordings and logs. Managing UniFi wireless network equipment. Maintaining and installing ESET Remote Administrator console, ESET endpoint securityand ESET File Security for Windows server Managing all printer equipment and assisting with contracts with external venders, setupof print boxes, integration with print server and printer automation with GPO’s dedicatedfor specific organization units. Maintenance and support on Exchange 2016 Server, Security Gateway, Firewall andRelay servers. Daily Support for MAC, iOS, Android and Windows devices. Installation and support on VMware ESXi, cloud and physical server environment daily. Support for Yealink VC Conference equipment as well as prepping Zoom meetings andoccasionally using Goto meeting software Setup of the VPN access for all users. Draft New SOP’s or editing older SOP’s for better streamlining of processes and asrequired. Network layout drawings Desktop support – Setting up new laptops and computers. Troubleshooting/Fault findingon old laptops and computers. Preventive maintenance and analyzing the network infrastructure usage and utilization,VOIP and Data lines in all regions.
