PAM is a cloud-based all in one Sign Management Platform to create smarter spaces for people. Education, healthcare and transport facilities globally use Pam to create spaces that are easy to navigate and explore. It provides asset management system and way finding apps for user to find places inside their Sites, Buildings, and Kiosks where user can interact with a Digital screen or TabletAs a QA Engineer my main activities are in-sprint Functional testing, Regression, UAT, Release and Smoke testing for bi-weekly releases for web and mobile apps, create and maintain test scripts for manual and automation testing. Analyze customer queries and support requests, triage and manage bugs using JIRA, report test statistics, review external test vendor reports.

McGraw-Hill CONNECT - PAAMConnect is a teaching and learning platform designed to boost performance. The web application provides a single destination for all course content. It contains assignments and quizzes where students are allowed to prepare and take assessments. It also provides deep insights into student performance, recommendations for students to improve. PAAM is the newer version of connect which supports the application in Tablet browser and Apps both Android and IOS. This project was running agile scrum, and testing the web application was across browsers and devices [desktop, android and iOS devices].

McGraw-Hill PLATTS PRP(Jan 2013 – Aug 2015)The project deals with the analysing of the price of several commodities such as coal, gas, oil etc., collection of published price information from the corresponding companies and finding best prices / offers which will be useful for the users to purchase those products. This project was running agile development and testing. Testing was mostly on the web application and MS Excel Add-ins with VB Macros, Database and JMS Queues testing, ETL workflow testing.McGraw-Hill I & M Harmony(Oct 2011 – Dec 2012)The project deals with publishing the prices for several commodities such as coal, gas, oil, etc. creating necessary rules and layouts for publishing the prices in newsletter. For publishing newsletters, we created necessary data required for newsletter such as commodity price, commodity availability and yearly report for that particular newsletter. Testing was manual with Adobe InDesign layouts.
