Worked as consultant with RTW, Knitwear and accessories brands to oversee product development and production for multiple categories and marketplaces. • Developed and implemented day-to-day best practice design/development calendar, managing both design and production• Lead sourcing initiatives to achieve overall increased weighted margins.• Reallocated vendor matrix's to better utilize existing manufacturing base as well as introduce new manufacturing partners.
