Current• Support Directors with Staff Hiring; Recruitment, Interviews, Contract Management.• Oversee & complete all American Camp Association Accreditation Requirements.• Manage & develop campaigns across company social media to maximize engagement.• Provide customer service for parents and campers to ensure care throughout the year.• Plan and execute all pre and post camp rental groups including weddings, retreats, reunions, short term camps.• Organize background checks, fingerprints & Social Security registration for all staff.• Assist with Tuition and Enrollment Management.
