Developed construction percent completes and costs projections, and implement corrective actions as needed. Developed construction turnover plan that identified change in responsibilities from construction precommissioning to the plant team of commissioning and start up. Worked closely with construction contractors to assure that their safety plan meets DuPont's expectation of a safe project, and followed up in the field with audits of contractors' safety performance.
