I co-founded G&G in 2010 with the same goal we have today - to solve difficult lighting challenges. I am accountable for the future direction of the company, big problems, big relationships, and culture. Design, develop and test digital systems for leading edge communications technology. FPGA design, VHDL design, board design, and integration and test of state of the art communications systems.

Conducted two sessions a week, helping students to integrate course content and study skills while working together; received training as an SI leader in proactive learning; this program was the first of its kind within the department, and it continues today.

Developed embedded firmware and software (RTL logic and Embedded C) for a next-generation real-time controller board; frequently tested and modified DSP and FPGA designs for better performance; some specific areas of design were stepper motor control/acceleration, fuzzy logic implementation, and DSP-FPGA interfaces; designed digital circuits for controller board; attended design reviews and group meetings.
