Tendering Support Expert :-To analyse the customer needs concerning the services to be located in their global environment.-To ensure a technical support to the tendering team, particularly the technical analysis and the estimates elaboration. -To ensure a technical support to the development teams at project transfer when the Contract Implementation is launched.- Architecture & System :To analyse and define solutions of architecture Responsibilities- To ensure the technical feasibility of the offer proposed to the Customer.- To elaborate the quotation associated to the offer: production costs, tests,…

- Define, develop, deliver and maintain specific IN functions for IN services ( Voice, MMS, Data…) required by customers based on generic payment PPS422, PPS 432 and Instance Convergent Charging ( ICC) and integration with network like Circuit Core, NGN Core, Packet Core and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), Service Provider applications and User Centric applications- Responsibility of planning and monitoring the project and customer relationship (Management of customer requests, Project Tracking, Risk Management, Control of the quality of the outputs of the activities, Reporting and alerts), - Coordination with the RSC to monitor the relationship with the Customer and the on-site activities: Installation, Acceptance, Maintenance.- Participation to Customer project Coordination meeting and Projects Review Meetings in order to decide on priorities and actions to perform in case of specific risks or issue

· Build the product from “components” Generic Platform (ALMAP, OSCore, Gen Platform …), Applications delivered by DEV and Third Party Products (Metaframe, CiscoWorks, …)· Analysis for technical feasibility and rough cost estimation of early requirements and DR1 preparation.· Scripting for component customisation and package installation, packaging of components, overall installation process (Boot CD, Additional CD, packages installation..)· Product Deliveries: Medias, Delivery Notes & Tests Report, Installation Guide, Installation Notes, Technical Documents ( Integration Design Spec, Configuration Management Plan, Integration Test Specification)· Provide support to: the project Test teams (Feature Tests & System tests), The Network Test teams, TEC teams, when investigating a problem occurred on a customer site · participate to First-Off customer deployment in Acceptance phase· Team Management: Coordination, Planning , Roadmap definition,

· Product Handling Processes for Network Management System products: Description of the process for customer deployment: installation/upgrade processes, product acceptance tests sheets. · Build & Deliveries for Network Management System products, description of the constituents of a product release (Software, hardware) and associated documentation ( e.g: Methods, Procedures and Intervention, Implementation Method ..)
