· Preparation of standard performance reports for departments and segments (budget actual variances, cost & profitability analyzes)· Developing and managing annual budget and Strategic Business Plan studies of the company· Preparation and coordination of latest annual estimations· Forecasting year end financials by identifying risks & opportunities· Providing financial analyzes and supporting management team for strategic decisions· Analyzing and reporting production costs for GM and Business Unit Directors· Assisting month end closing activities· Preparation and analyze of monthly capex expenditures· Having a part in production planning and sales balance in terms of controlling inventories’ unit cost and volume· Following up receivables, payables and inventories towards to balance net working capital · Supporting SAP improvement projects

• Preparing monthly financial statements & analysis for senior management,• Forecasting year end financials by identifying risks & opportunities,• Developing and managing annual budget and Strategic Business Plan studies of the company,• Preparing quarterly IFRS packages & annual IFRS report, supporting auditors,• Preparing Ad-hoc reports & analysis as required by management and parent companies (Anadolu Holding, Anadolu Efes, Cutrale Group, Ozgorkey Group etc.)• Responsible for profitability & cost analysis,• Assisting sales & supply chain teams for decision making through volume, pricing and cost analysis,
