· Preparation of standard performance reports for departments and segments (budget actual variances, cost & profitability analyzes)· Developing and managing annual budget and Strategic Business Plan studies of the company· Preparation and coordination of latest annual estimations· Forecasting year end financials by identifying risks & opportunities· Providing financial analyzes and supporting management team for strategic decisions· Analyzing and reporting production costs for GM and Business Unit Directors· Assisting month end closing activities· Preparation and analyze of monthly capex expenditures· Having a part in production planning and sales balance in terms of controlling inventories’ unit cost and volume· Following up receivables, payables and inventories towards to balance net working capital · Supporting SAP improvement projects
