Main Responsibilities Essential Function 1-- To cultivate a culture of continuous improvement together with timely root cause analysis of non standard conditions-- Continuous improvement and work safety related tasks-- Reporting waste activities and near miss/incident situation, keep data-- To assure feed back, coaching and role modelling-- Supervise and control production shift-- To assure the record of the production files-- To manage and check KPI’s-- Organize and promote regular meetings for structural problem solving and continuous improvement process at group level-- Planning and process management-- To manage material to support customer demand, service, and lead-time expectations-- To perform other related duties as assigned.-- Maintaining production control functions.-- To calculate production plan based on customer schedules and forecasts to ensure production run for right part at right time-- Implementation and integration of continuous improvement methods and studies in operations such as Kaizen, 6 sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5SEssential Function 2-- To conduct EHS trainings, to communicate EHS Policy to all employees, increasing EHS awareness and capability-- To conduct risk assessments and refresh when needed in order to decrease workforce losses-- Conduct incident investigations by collaborating with related departments and follow up the action plans-- Plan, organize and conduct Health and Safety Committee meetings and publish the meeting report periodically, follow up the action plans -- To coordinate emergency management system-- Supports and promotes zero incident EHS culture throughout site-- Ensure the site Safety/Environmental programs are implemented and maintained in an appropriate manner-- Development of management driven LOTO-- Leading the development of the Safety/Environmental Committees at the plant location-- To check the correct use of the PPE

Key duties and responsibilities -- To create Color Matches (PP/PET) at a high level of quality and efficiency.• To create formulations that meet customer specifications, cost parameters and manufacture capabilities at a high rate of efficiency.• To utilize strong knowledge and experience of formulating color and effects for multiple applications.• Mentoring for other color chemists and assist in the development of the color chemists and color technicians.• To maintain lab and equipment in the highest standards for a clean working environment. • Applying safety regulations according to quality and safety policies• Assisting production/QC in color corrections• To communicate effectively and proactively with Sales.• Producing small lot customer masterbatch orders• Report to the Technical Manager• To perform analytical tests when required for polymers and additives• Using computer systems and dedicated software such as SAP and Microsoft when required
