I am working as design engineer in the Door Console Interior Design Department ofARGE Interior Design Directorate. I do solid/surface modeling of the desired parts in new projects.I check whether the models I have made are suitable for the desired position in terms of volume within certain tolerance ranges. I design solid/surface models in volumetric sizes that may be appropriate. I make mold adjustments to the designs I have realized. I am working on determining the necessary assembly elements by looking at the mountability of the part designed in the designs to be made. I create solid models for the designed models andobtain the necessary cross-sectional images for the design, examining their manufacturabilityappropriately. I follow the prototype production stage of the parts I design. If there is to be a change in theprototype parts produced, I make changes on the data.I follow up the test and prototype studies to be carried out in different projects and carry out 3Dannotation studies where necessary.

I worked as an ARGE design specialist in the project department of the company working onPlastic-Injection Mold in the defense industry. During my time in ARGE, I used Siemens Nx 11 and MS office programs. CAD in the company andSurface Modeling. I examined the surfaces of the incoming data in terms of moldability by making surface modeling. I made mold designs by providing the controls of the data I modeled in terms of moldability.Following the production stages of the solid and surface models I have created and producingprocesses. In Siemens Nx program, I did solid modeling, surface modeling, mold design, technical drawingcreation in detail and I did the toleration process in detail. Since I work in a plastic injection mold company, the milling machine, which is one of the moldproduction stages, use, grinding bench, I gained experience in CNC programming, CNC machiningand mold manufacturing. I took part in the stages of mold production and sampling of the moldsproduced.
