What we call 'modern life' (with all its aspects, including the way of doing business) now is nothing but a sediment of past ages when compared to what we are heading towards since the beginning of last decade. What describes, or encapsulates best what is coming up to turn eveything we knew before upside down is 'decentralization' (the way of living and doing everything in a more and more decentralized, consensus-based human space). All other recently coined "technical" terms, no matter how luminous and attractive, are minor to that as it's the way of our livings what impacts and interests us the most.What and how we had been doing or managing is much less important than what and how we will do and manage, to cope with all disrupted meanings and measures, than ever.So, what we need to do is to prepare ourselves, our teams, and our people, mental and skillwise, for being able to take part in this unprecedented transformation (kind of big bang) of space of humanity -and its governance-, and stay standing... That's my vision and the source of my aspirations when it comes to business, or to anything about human and societal living actually. I believe, time has come to start rewriting the political economy from scratch.
